The Victorian clearance rate this weekend was 53 per cent, compared to 53 per cent last weekend.
There were a total of 761 auctions reported, of which 331 were sold at auction, 72 sold prior and 1 sold after. 357 were passed in, 249 of those on a vendors bid.
The total auction volume was $287.6 million

NSW
The NSW clearance rate this weekend was 55 per cent.
Tim McKinnin, CEO of REINSW reported that “The first weekend of summer saw just over 900 auctions scheduled, a typical level of activity for this time of year. 360 properties were reported sold and 297 passed in (33 of those on a vendor bid), giving us a clearance rate of 55 per cent.”
There were a total of 657 auctions reported of which 243 sold at auction, 104 sold prior and 13 sold after. 297 were passed in, 33 of those on a vendors bid and 56 were withdrawn.
The total auction volume was $234.29 million
